THE MOVE
This is a "fresh start" for people used Outlook and DO NOT want to migrate old emails, calendar, or contacts.

After the move you can use Outlook to view or print any old emails but Outlook will only be an archive (read only).

THE MIGRATION

This is for people who used Outlook and can’t live without all of their old emails, calendars and contacts.

To speed up this option several people have just used the Migration Tool to move essential information like contacts, but are leaving their old email archived in Outlook.  Great Idea Kathy Koch - Thanks!

With this option you will copy your email, contact, and calendar information from Outlook to Google Apps - you will have ready access to all your old mail through Gmail and can start using shared calendars and more.
